Summary of role

  • Responsibility for a subset of corporate travel relationships here at Hannon Travel, from coordinating day-to-day operations and customer service, to onboarding, client management and introduction of new technology and travel solutions.
  • Support projects that deliver on the overall vision for the organisation.
  • Act as an advocate for Hannon Travel within the industry and at travel events and conferences, as required.
  • Along with the broader team, you will ensure we are offering best-in-class service to our corporate clients and going above and beyond to meet their needs.

Experience

  • 3+ years travel reservations experience.
  • Experienced in monitoring Travel KPI’s for Corporates.
  • Experienced in travel technology, with Amadeus knowledge a plus.
  • Strong industry Knowledge.
